From time to time your browser needs to be updated or else it may cause problems while surfing the net as the web browser is out of date. Other problems that could cause the playback problem would be the corrupted data present on the web or your browser might end up loading the YouTube page incorrectly. Make sure you clear the cache files from your web settings and restart the browser.

  • Adblockers and Plug-ins

At times, your web browser goes temporarily wrong due to which the black screen appears. Therefore, we suggest you refresh your YouTube page once and then try again. If this fails then close the whole browser, go to desktop and right click then press refresh. Then try reopening the web browser gain.
