The first step is to save the official number of the MyGov Corona Helpdesk on your smartphone before getting started with reaching it out using WhatsApp. The helpdesk number is +91 9013151515. If you are using WhatsApp on your laptop or desktop, use this link instead of the phone number and continue to chat.

Step 2

Now, open the WhatsApp application on your smartphone and click on the saved contact to open the chat. Type either ‘Hi’ or ‘Namaste’ to get the reply with all the information from the chatbot. The first reply or message will consist of multiple options or queries from which the user can choose one at a time.

Step 3

To find the nearest Covid-19 vaccination Centre, one can either type the first option or simply type ‘1’ and then send ‘1’ once again. It is the same for asking any other query, that is, choose the respective number against the option to get an appropriate reply.

Step 4
